Keith Miller – MD
Keith is the MD of Octain Recruitment, he is a hands on MD who motivates his team. Keith started Octain Recruitment back in 2007 and has since grown the company to its current success. With excellent managerial skills and a passion for Recruitment Keith plays a big role in our busy office.
As well as building the Recruitment Division, Keith also runs a busy Shipping company within the same building as Octain Recruitment, Octain Logistics started in 1972 and is now a well-established Freight Forwarder thriving within the Logistics industry.
Claire Page – Office Manager
Office Manager, Responsible for payroll, compliance, training administration and HR administration for Octain Recruitment. Claire has been working for Octain for 5 years and has 7 years of compliance experience. She is extremely organised and copes well under pressure which is vital when making sure workers get paid on time and correctly.
Sam Hayden – Recruitment Consultant – Construction
Sam is our most recent addition to the Octain team. With over 5 years experience under his belt within construction recruitment, he is a valued member of Octain. Sam is a professional 360 recruitment consultant and has already built strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Sam also has good knowledge of the Driving and Industrial sectors.
Outside of work Sam enjoys social events with friends, attending the gym and is an avid football fan both as a player and a supporter.
